Manage strategic client accounts by strengthening relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell revenue, resolving escalations, supporting RFPs and RFIs, monitoring account health, and conducting business reviews. The role uses CRM, project management, and AI productivity tools to improve customer engagement, identify risks and opportunities, optimize account processes, and achieve KPIs.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives while personally managing strategic enterprise and mid-market sales opportunities. Drive revenue performance, develop new business, support complex full-cycle deals, deliver executive presentations, and build relationships with senior stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve go-to-market execution, forecasting, pipeline management, and AI-enabled sales workflows. The role focuses on selling global payroll, payments, and workforce management solutions to international organizations.

Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects from discovery through go-live, including configuration, data migration, testing, client communication, risk management, documentation, compliance, and handoff. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Account Management, and Customer Success teams. Build AI-powered workflows and no-code automations to improve onboarding efficiency, reporting, documentation, issue resolution, and scalability.
