Provide field support and strategic guidance to franchisees to improve operations, marketing, sales, and profitability. Conduct regular site visits, audits, training, openings, and performance reviews while maintaining franchise relationships and ensuring brand standards.

Provides guidance and operational support to Papa Murphy’s franchisees in the Fargo market. Responsibilities include improving restaurant performance, profitability, marketing, compliance, and brand standards; developing strategic action plans; coaching franchisees; supporting new restaurant openings; conducting audits and food-safety assessments; resolving guest concerns; and communicating performance issues to franchise operations leadership. The role requires extensive travel, relationship management, business analysis, and implementation of operational improvements.

Supports day-to-day loyalty program operations across multiple restaurant brands, including reward configuration, promotion setup, testing, campaign execution, KPI monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, and training. Collaborates with CRM, digital, technology, analytics, operations, franchisees, guest services, and vendors to maintain program functionality and improve segmentation, engagement, and performance across web, app, POS, and in-store channels.
