Support the General Manager by supervising shifts, enforcing product and service standards, training and coaching team members, managing sales and profit goals, controlling inventory and costs, performing cash and administrative duties, and ensuring safety, legal and company policy compliance while developing toward a General Manager role.

Lead regional technology vendor performance and partnerships with franchise owners and regional leadership. Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, mediations, and escalations. Identify growth opportunities via technology, translate regional needs to central product and development teams, triage technical issues, and coach local teams to improve processes and standards.
