Manage federal workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, performance lifecycle, and incentives for CSD. Maintain HR data, produce dashboards/reports, administer USA Performance and CTMS processes, coordinate onboarding logistics and security actions, develop SOPs and training, and liaise with OCHCO/OCOS for compliance and program execution.

Lead coordination of cyber threat intelligence, security operations, and incident response across partners and internal offices. Translate technical findings into executive briefings and written products, support cybersecurity strategy and planning, and manage staff and client relationships to coordinate cybersecurity workstreams.

Provide administrative and coordination support to management and government staff: research, prepare correspondence and briefs, manage calendars and meetings, arrange travel, handle records and CUI, draft responses, take minutes, and maintain compliance with policies and executive secretariat procedures.
