Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, plugins, and integrations with REST APIs. Collaborate with analysts, project managers, developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver accessible, secure applications through Agile sprints and CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical guidance, support self-service capabilities, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and document solutions. The remote role requires occasional travel and eligibility for a Public Trust determination.

Coordinates publication workflows among publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders. Tracks publication products, maintains records, reviews technical documents for clarity and compliance, facilitates meetings, provides status updates, resolves approval issues, and supports strategic publication planning. The role requires strong editing, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills while handling Controlled Unclassified Information in a remote federal consulting environment.

Conducts customer experience research and analysis through stakeholder interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and performance data review. Manages the survey request process, programs and configures surveys in Qualtrics, establishes notifications, analyzes survey insights, and develops recommendations, presentations, and communications for leadership. Supports customer-focused product, service, and operational improvements in a federal consulting environment.
