Serve as the primary HR partner for Malaysia and Gulf operations, providing strategic and operational HR leadership. Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, compliance with local labor laws, and HR operations including HRIS recordkeeping and payroll coordination. Support workforce planning, talent development, and inclusive workplace culture for field and office staff.

Lead coordination and implementation of landscape-level human-wildlife conflict (HWC) prevention, response and coexistence activities. Build stakeholder partnerships, train community focal persons, maintain incident and spatial data, produce workplans and reports, manage budgets and supervise field staff. Support monitoring, hotspot mapping, evidence-based interventions, community consultations and linkages with land-use planning and conservation incentive programs.

Support development and coordination of community conservation data systems: collect, clean, consolidate and archive field data; produce basic analyses, tables, charts, dashboards and maps; assist field teams with digital data collection (Kobo/ODK, GPS); support reporting, indicator tracking and capacity-building; participate in field verification and documentation of lessons learned.
