Leads Panthera Zambia’s community conservation portfolio across community lands and game management areas. Responsibilities include conservation strategy, community governance, human-wildlife conflict mitigation, livelihoods development, wildlife monitoring, environmental education, fundraising, grant management, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and supervision of field teams. The role focuses on establishing a legally recognized community conservancy and delivering measurable conservation and community-benefit outcomes through frequent remote field travel.

The Accountant will manage Panthera Malaysia’s accounting operations, including ledgers, reconciliations, financial statements, audits, tax, banking, cash flow, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, expense reimbursement, grant accounting, donor reporting, and contract compliance. The role collaborates with regional and global finance teams, maintains financial systems and records, supports statutory reporting, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and Malaysian regulations.
