Panther seeks its first Vice President of Finance to build the finance function, lead ERP implementation, establish accounting controls and monthly close, manage product and platform economics, oversee budgeting and forecasting, support manufacturing scale-up, and partner with executives, the Board, suppliers, and investors. The role will own financial modeling, unit economics, working capital, capital raising, reporting, and finance team development, with a path to CFO.

Leads the build-out and operation of Panther’s manufacturing function across cosmetic and medical device products. Responsibilities include selecting and managing CMO partners, technology transfer, production scale-up, supply chain and inventory operations, supplier sourcing, automation, cost modeling, quality compliance, and manufacturing systems development. The role drives growth from approximately 10,000 to 1 million units per month while coordinating with R&D, formulation, device development, quality, finance, and company leadership.

Leads Panther’s internal manufacturing operations in Pittsburgh, transitioning SmartPatch products from pilot scale to commercial production. Responsibilities include technology transfer, production planning, team leadership, equipment readiness, quality and yield optimization, supply chain coordination, capacity planning, budgeting, and establishing scalable manufacturing systems for high-volume production.
