Leads Panther’s internal manufacturing operations in Pittsburgh, transitioning SmartPatch products from pilot scale to commercial production. Responsibilities include technology transfer, production planning, team leadership, equipment readiness, quality and yield optimization, supply chain coordination, capacity planning, budgeting, and establishing scalable manufacturing systems for high-volume production.

Lead scale-up and commercialization of automated high-throughput manufacturing for dissolvable microarray patches. Manage external engineering partners and CMOs, ensure cGMP/ISO compliance, support technology transfer, optimize throughput/yield, participate in manufacturing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable product launches.

The Director of Manufacturing Operations will oversee scaling production from R&D to commercial manufacturing, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency in both cosmetic and medical devices.
