Lead scale-up and commercialization of automated high-throughput manufacturing for dissolvable microarray patches. Manage external engineering partners and CMOs, ensure cGMP/ISO compliance, support technology transfer, optimize throughput/yield, participate in manufacturing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable product launches.

The Director of Manufacturing Operations will oversee scaling production from R&D to commercial manufacturing, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency in both cosmetic and medical devices.

Lead build-out of manufacturing from R&D to commercial scale for dissolvable microarray patches. Own CDMO relationships, tech transfer, production scale-up, supply chain, automation, quality/compliance, and manufacturing financial planning to enable scaling from ~10K to ~1M units/month.
