Provide senior-level administrative support to three investment professionals by managing complex global calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, events, conferences, documentation, email, CRM records, and compliance checks. Coordinate AGMs, advisory boards, committees, client updates, and prospect marketing activity. Manage international travel and visas, support team events, mentor junior administrative staff, and provide coverage across a global administrative team.

Coordinate testing across internally developed systems and SaaS products, including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Manage test plans, quality gates, defects, risks, environments, tooling, documentation, and acceptance closure reporting. Collaborate with development teams, business users, project managers, third-party suppliers, and external partners to ensure requirements and quality standards are met. Use Azure DevOps and established QA processes while supporting stakeholder decision-making and timely delivery.

Supports oversight and controllership for private wealth fund structures, including reviewing administrator-prepared NAV packages, financial statements, fees, expenses, reconciliations, valuations, and investor reporting. The Associate investigates discrepancies, maintains oversight documentation and issue logs, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and helps onboard new funds and improve scalable processes. The role collaborates with Investments, Legal, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and third-party administrators.
