As Configuration Architect, you will design and implement infrastructure for engineering release systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while scaling production capabilities.

Lead and execute offshore operations including load outs, towing, deployments, recoveries, moorings, and test campaigns. Manage a small team of technicians, coordinate vessel and vendor activities, work with engineering to commission and improve equipment, maintain owned gear, interface with regulators, and build the offshore team while promoting a safety-first culture in a rotational offshore schedule.

Lead and improve CFD processes for validating optimized marine system designs, utilizing tools like Helyx and OpenFOAM, while collaborating across engineering teams.
