Provide executive and operational support to the strategy team, including calendar and international travel management, investor and partner visits, events, technology troubleshooting, meeting preparation, project tracking, and personal logistics. The role requires resourcefulness, strong judgment, concise communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for time-sensitive work outside standard business hours.

Lead capital formation and investor relations, including financing strategy, financial modeling, diligence, investor communications, market intelligence, and strategic analysis across AI infrastructure and energy. Build models, presentations, board materials, and investor updates; represent the company with investors and partners; and eventually recruit and manage a strategy team.

Own the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, capital projects, and financial statement accuracy. Manage transaction flows in NetSuite, resolve invoice and payment issues, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement on accounting treatment. Improve workflows using automation and AI, maintain scalable controls, and lead audit, tax, and compliance deliverables.
