Design and operate corporate wired and wireless network infrastructure across Portland offices, labs, and future facilities. Establish scalable standards, automation, monitoring, documentation, security controls, and cloud connectivity. Partner with facilities, contractors, vendors, infrastructure, and DevOps teams on buildouts, procurement, and lifecycle planning. Perform hands-on installations, wireless surveys, troubleshooting, and incident response while participating in on-call support. The role may expand into zero trust, hybrid connectivity, observability, IoT, marine networking, and mentoring.

The Lead NX Design Engineer will own engineering documentation and standards, focusing on complex assembly drawings for safety-critical welded structures using Siemens NX, bridging design and production processes.

Build Panthalassa’s communications function from scratch and lead brand narrative, media relations, executive communications, social media, and community engagement. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to explain complex science and technology, build trust with investors, policymakers, media, partners, employees, and the public, and establish the company’s public profile. The role includes developing communications strategies, managing media relationships, creating content, securing executive speaking opportunities, and building high-performing communications teams.
