Lead the accounting department, oversee monthly close procedures, prepare financial and operational reports, conduct financial analysis, develop forecasts, monitor KPIs, support management decisions, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Coordinate automotive deals from opportunity through closing by reviewing title and sales documentation, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, monitoring pipeline progress, following up on stalled transactions, tracking financing and delivery requirements, and resolving issues with internal teams and customers. Maintain complete deal files, escalate closing or title risks, and support management with reports and operational tasks.

Records journal entries, invoices, intercompany transactions, payments, and reconciliations. Maintains accounts payable and receivable, monitors financial statement accounts, supports monthly and year-end closing, performs account deep dives, communicates financial information, and provides requested analysis. The role also requires coordination with departments and clients, strong accounting-system and Excel skills, and bilingual English and Macedonian communication.
