Onboards customer locations after camera installation by verifying cameras, market reports, transaction data, and setup requirements. Resolves or escalates issues, coordinates with customers and internal teams, maintains accurate records, provides status updates, and ensures locations are ready for activation and monitoring. The role also supports process improvements to reduce onboarding errors and delays.

Support FP&A and financial reporting: build and maintain budgets and forecasts, analyze performance versus targets, track KPIs, prepare board materials, and deliver ad hoc business analyses to inform leadership decisions.

Sell enterprise retail software by sourcing, qualifying, and closing complex deals. Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build partner relationships, travel for meetings and pilots, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate with product and customer success teams.
