Lead architecture and systems design for Core and Service Delivery, own test automation and TDD culture, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and provide cross-team technical mentorship. Drive API, auth, multi-tenant, and scalability decisions while partnering with CV, HITL, and product teams to deliver reliable, production-grade systems.

Design, train, and deploy custom object-detection models for retail; fine-tune and integrate vision-language models; optimize models for edge devices; build dataset and annotation pipelines; prototype research ideas; and provide technical leadership and mentoring for CV infrastructure and production ML systems.

Support FP&A and financial reporting: build and maintain budgets and forecasts, analyze performance versus targets, track KPIs, prepare board materials, and deliver ad hoc business analyses to inform leadership decisions.
