Conduct field risk assessments, implement HSE programs, lead in-person training and certifications, support safety/environmental projects across sites, and partner with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Analyzes end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. Identifies root causes, leads strategic supply chain projects, optimizes service, cost, quality, and performance metrics, and improves Oracle planning parameters using Demantra forecast data. Develops inventory strategies for product launches and discontinuations while supporting continuous improvement and global supply chain initiatives.

Provides HR service support to employees by answering policy and process questions, resolving benefits, leave, performance, and employee relations issues, and processing HR transactions in Workday. Maintains employee records and data integrity, supports HR teams and projects, documents processes, assists with escalations, ensures compliance, and identifies opportunities to improve HR service delivery and shift inquiries to self-service tools.
