Leads the design, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs; manages training schedules, databases, records, curricula, job aids, and TWI materials. Supervises and develops the training team, partners with stakeholders, ensures compliance, and drives measurable workforce performance improvements through standardized training practices and effective project management.

Drives technical solution strategy and sales opportunities across the Southeast region. Partners with account teams to qualify opportunities, architect network infrastructure and data center solutions, deliver technical training, support events, manage customer and partner relationships, and guide technical success throughout the sales cycle. Requires strong expertise in network infrastructure, fiber, structured cabling, power, pathways, and cabinets, along with extensive sales support experience and 50% travel.

Leads daily operations for a global partner program across North America, EMEA, and LATAM. Oversees support queues, escalations, workflows, service levels, coaching, documentation, and program compliance. Analyzes operational metrics and partner trends, creates recommendations and reports, and leads process improvements and related projects to increase efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
