Supports social media management, content creation, community engagement, reporting, PR and influencer collaborations, hotel and restaurant communications, website updates, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. The trainee collaborates with hotel departments to promote offers and deliver memorable guest experiences while managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and communicating with international audiences in French and English.

Support the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations and administration, deliver excellent service in the restaurant, bar and events, contribute to process improvements and F&B projects, and develop hospitality management skills during a minimum three-month internship.

Entry-level Food & Beverage trainee internship working across breakfast, Sentro Restaurant, and banquet/event operations.
