Manage the full customer lifecycle for Danish-speaking B2B customers, from onboarding and AI product training through adoption, relationship development, expansion, and renewal. Build trust with legal professionals, identify superusers and growth opportunities, collaborate with account executives, and help shape Customer Success processes in an early-stage company. The role requires Danish and English fluency, strong communication, proactive ownership, and interest in AI and legal research.
