Own post-sale account performance and revenue for tier‑1 telecom and retail clients across France and Benelux. Lead go‑lives, onboarding, training, and transitions to steady‑state operations. Monitor SLAs and account health, run executive reviews, resolve integration/configuration issues with product and engineering, coordinate delivery partners, and drive strategic growth and reporting across multi-stakeholder retail and online programmes.

The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, strategic planning, governance, risk compliance, and optimize systems, supporting corporate growth.

The role involves building core systems, developing serverless APIs, and improving backend infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript is required.
