Monitor and validate AI-generated smartphone grading results, investigate platform and partner-reported issues, support partners via support channels, escalate complex problems to Product/Engineering, identify recurring issues, test new features, and update operational documentation to improve platform quality and efficiency.

The role involves building core systems, developing serverless APIs, and improving backend infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript is required.
