Provide conceptualization, design and production of visual communications for EIH/IS. Create infographics, social media packages, technical report layouts, donor report templates, and web mockups. Collaborate with the team to translate technical content into clear, professional, publication-ready materials and ensure consistent branding across media.

Lead development of integrated supply chain strengthening roadmaps, analyze national information ecosystems, design interoperability and data standards, establish dashboards and intelligence products, coordinate cross-departmental digital integration, and promote knowledge sharing to improve access to health technologies across Member States.

Provide technical support to PAHO Mexico to implement the Beat the Heat project (IHR capacity strengthening). Coordinate with federal, state and municipal counterparts; produce technical products and reports; facilitate stakeholder engagement; support simulation exercises and event-based surveillance during the FIFA World Cup; monitor IHR capacities using the SPAR database; and deliver four specified project reports within a five-month consultancy.
