Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, vendor updates, payment processing, reconciliations, 1099 preparation, journal entries, cash reporting, and month-end close support. Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, maintain AP records, monitor the AP mailbox, support vendor reviews and escheatment activities, and assist with accounting projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Supports enterprise strategy, corporate development, and operational scale initiatives through market and competitor analysis, forecasting, executive reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional execution. Manages strategic projects, tracks milestones and performance metrics, develops recommendations for senior leadership, and supports business development, partnerships, and enterprise planning. The role requires strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills in a fully in-office environment.

Manages corporate accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, bordereaux reviews, audits, taxes, and SOX compliance. Supports the Assistant Controller, oversees staff and work allocation, coordinates with brokers and external auditors, contributes to month-end and year-end close activities, and leads accounting process improvements and special projects.
