Serve as primary liaison and account owner for assigned aerospace customers. Manage P&L, contracts, forecasts, proposals, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve technical/commercial issues, pursue organic growth and new business, present account reviews, and support negotiations. Requires frequent customer interface and up to 50% travel.

Lead systems engineering for military aerospace intercommunication systems: define/manage requirements and architecture using MBSE, drive verification and test planning, ensure compliance with DO-178C/DO-254 and MIL/STDs, coordinate cross-discipline integration, support qualification and certification activities.

Lead production scheduler and planner converting engineering/R&D demand into production schedules and purchase requisitions. Manage material availability, capacity planning, MRP data integrity, inventory, supplier coordination, on-time delivery metrics, and continuous improvement to meet customer requirements.
