Manage post-award contract administration for sales and repair orders, negotiate terms and pricing, ensure compliance with FAR, TCPA/TINA, EAR/ITAR, maintain ERP and government systems (WAWF/CAVS), coordinate cross-functionally, manage risks, support proposals and licensing, and lead customer and stakeholder engagement to meet sales and profitability targets.

Serve as primary liaison and account owner for assigned aerospace customers. Manage P&L, contracts, forecasts, proposals, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve technical/commercial issues, pursue organic growth and new business, present account reviews, and support negotiations. Requires frequent customer interface and up to 50% travel.

Lead systems engineering for military aerospace intercommunication systems: define/manage requirements and architecture using MBSE, drive verification and test planning, ensure compliance with DO-178C/DO-254 and MIL/STDs, coordinate cross-discipline integration, support qualification and certification activities.
