Responsibilities include root cause and corrective action investigations, audits, nonconformance and MRB processing, first article inspection, supplier and customer quality coordination, ESD oversight, quality documentation, and compliance with aerospace standards. The role applies Lean and Six Sigma methods, leads cross-functional problem-solving events, evaluates product and process quality, and supports counterfeit electronic component inspection and mitigation.

Performs monthly close activities, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable management, audit support, corporate reporting, and capital asset accounting. Provides backup support for accounts payable and payroll, researches and resolves accounting issues, answers accounting questions, and supports finance projects while maintaining compliance with company policies and deadlines.

Designs and develops digital hardware for secure communication systems used in airborne and naval defense applications. Responsibilities include hardware architecture, circuit and schematic design, component selection, board layout oversight, prototype development, testing, debugging, failure analysis, production test support, documentation, and software/firmware integration. The role also mentors junior engineers, participates in design reviews, prepares bills of materials and cost estimates, and supports compliance with aerospace and defense standards.
