Lead migrations of legacy PHP applications to PHP 8.3+, assessing dependencies, resolving incompatibilities, upgrading frameworks, automating refactoring, implementing tests, and validating performance, security, and stability. The role also requires technical leadership, client communication, risk reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
