Manage and grow Palmstreet’s Mexico-based seller community, particularly emerging and high-potential sellers. Analyze sales metrics, identify growth opportunities, guide sellers through structured support and incentives, develop scalable engagement frameworks, coordinate category operations, monitor performance, and escalate insights. The role supports U.S.-based sellers remotely and requires professional-level English communication, strong organization, strategic execution, and a seller-focused mindset.

Identify, recruit, onboard, and support high-potential sellers across Mexico for Palmstreet’s live shopping platform. Build sales pipelines, conduct digital outreach, handle objections, negotiate, close sellers, guide onboarding, maintain seller relationships, gather market feedback, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support. The fully remote role requires frequent evening and weekend work.

Lead backend architecture and build scalable, high-concurrency services and APIs (Node.js) powering web and mobile. Own components end-to-end, manage CI/CD and infrastructure (IaC, containers, cloud), improve reliability, and collaborate with PM/design to deliver core features like live interactions and checkout.
