Respond to customer inquiries across mobile and desktop platforms, resolve issues promptly, document cases and trends, identify potential bugs, and contribute to SOP improvements. The representative will support users, reinforce community standards, communicate clearly in American English, and adapt to evolving product knowledge. This fully remote role requires Brazil-based availability, e-commerce experience, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to work variable shifts including weekends.

Lead backend architecture and build scalable, high-concurrency services and APIs (Node.js) powering web and mobile. Own components end-to-end, manage CI/CD and infrastructure (IaC, containers, cloud), improve reliability, and collaborate with PM/design to deliver core features like live interactions and checkout.

Provide timely, courteous support to Palmstreet users via mobile and desktop; track and record issues, summarize customer cases and trends, contribute to SOPs, resolve technical app issues, and continuously learn to improve service.
