Leads PalmPay’s anti-fraud operations for its Nigerian device-installment business. Responsibilities include managing investigation, field verification, intelligence, analytics, and quality-assurance teams; overseeing fraud case workflows and determinations; managing agent and dealer channel risk; monitoring emerging fraud patterns; developing risk scoring and enforcement frameworks; and reporting findings to global leadership. The role requires collaboration with sales, collections, credit, and headquarters teams, with occasional travel within Nigeria.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies for PalmPay’s Buy Now Pay Later mobile phone installment business. Lead sales representatives and agents, set targets, drive growth, manage merchant and financial institution partnerships, analyze market and sales data, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve escalated customer issues. The role requires extensive regional travel and focuses on expanding product adoption, card distribution, and customer acquisition.
