Provide legal advice and support on labor law, IP, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters for PalmPay Bangladesh. Draft and review contracts, conduct legal research, prepare opinions, support compliance reviews and internal investigations, and coordinate with external counsel and regulators. Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Operations; deliver legal training and maintain legal records.

Lead regional sales for BNPL: develop and execute sales strategies, manage and coach a regional sales team, build partner and merchant relationships, analyze market trends and sales data, ensure compliance and risk controls, and drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Provide corporate and commercial legal support for PalmPay Bangladesh: draft and manage contracts, advise business teams, ensure regulatory compliance, handle disputes and litigation coordination, maintain legal governance, support audits, and train stakeholders.
