Teams at Palmetto State Armory

Develops and executes full-cycle recruiting strategies across multiple companies, manages high-volume requisitions, screens applicants, schedules and conducts interviews, coordinates hiring events, supports recruiting staff, builds talent pipelines, and liaises with staffing agencies. The role requires recruiting experience, HRIS and applicant tracking system knowledge, employment law expertise, and approximately 10% travel.
