Provides customer service and sales support in a specialty apparel and lifestyle retail store. Supports the Store Sales Manager by driving sales, monitoring store performance and labor, leading Manager on Duty shifts, coaching team members, delivering customer service, recruiting and training staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring safe, compliant opening and closing operations.
