Responsibilities include audience segmentation, loyalty program execution, automated journey optimization, campaign QA, reporting, dashboard ownership, testing, and translating customer data into actionable marketing recommendations across stores and e-commerce.

Engage customers, deliver excellent service, share product knowledge, drive sales, maintain sales floor and inventory, operate POS, assist teammates, and package merchandise while minimizing shrink.

Engage customers on the sales floor, share product and brand knowledge, provide excellent customer service, process transactions, replenish merchandise, package purchases, and help minimize shortages while meeting individual and store sales objectives.
