Support the Store Sales Manager to drive sales, lead and coach staff, manage customer service, oversee visual merchandising and execute store operations (MOD shifts, opening/closing, safety, compliance). Recruit, train, and manage performance while monitoring KPIs, labor, and customer issues to meet store objectives.

Engage customers on the sales floor, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain product knowledge and floor presentation, complete POS transactions, handle multiple customers, and assist with merchandising and loss prevention.
