This role involves assisting guests with their vacation planning, handling calls, bookings for accommodations and activities, and following up on leads.

Provide excellent guest service at the marina and ship's store. Assist with dock operations, slip reservations, maintenance, fueling, boat assistance, retail sales, POS transactions, merchandising, stocking, inventory audits, and other assigned duties to maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming experience for guests.
