Build and evaluate complex financial models for tax equity, debt, ABS, and other structured finance transactions. Conduct scenario, sensitivity, pricing, and capital structure analysis; support transaction execution, due diligence, term sheet review, and closings. Engage investors, banks, legal counsel, and internal finance teams while analyzing market trends, regulatory considerations, and future financing needs. Maintain transaction models and reporting, contribute to executive materials, and improve capital markets processes.

Own monthly and quarterly reporting for solar, PPA, lease, and battery financing portfolios. Build reporting frameworks for new transactions, track performance metrics, maintain audit-ready records, support investor communications, and prepare materials for tax equity and institutional partners. Improve data flows and automate reporting using Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and AI-assisted solutions while collaborating with Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, legal, and deal execution teams.
