Administers employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, vendor coordination, communications, invoicing, and recordkeeping. Supports FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, leave, accommodations, compliance tracking, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, certifications, and HR reporting. Maintains confidential records, coordinates required documentation, assists employees with HR questions, and supports the Director of Human Resources with audits, investigations, safety initiatives, and special projects.
