Oversees complex financial analysis, working capital reviews, transaction accounting, client discussions, reporting, and quality control. Manages and develops Associates and Senior Associates while supporting proposals, business development, recruiting, thought leadership, and firm growth. Advises clients on valuation, purchase agreements, and deal structuring in a fast-paced M&A environment.

Lead end-to-end Quality of Earnings and working capital diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers. Manage teams, perform complex financial analyses and modeling, provide final QC on deliverables, advise on valuation and deal structuring, support BD and firm growth, and mentor Associates.

Lead accounting advisory engagements, manage teams, deliver technical accounting deliverables, support purchase accounting and audits, improve accounting processes, provide financial analysis and client-facing guidance, and help grow the practice through mentoring and business development.
