Provide and document IV infusion therapy, injections, hyperbaric treatments, and device-based therapies. Educate patients, coordinate care with providers, perform follow-up, maintain treatment areas and inventory, and assist with administrative tasks including prescription refills.

Provide member-centered recovery and wellness services by administering non-invasive therapies (e.g., cryotherapy, PEMF, salt therapy), supporting personalized care plans, maintaining a restorative environment, explaining treatments clearly, and collaborating with wellness staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Serve as primary contact for new and prospective members, guide onboarding, drive engagement and retention strategies, provide personalized support, track interactions, monitor engagement metrics, and produce reports to improve member experience.
