Build Pallet’s growth and demand-generation engine for enterprise pipeline. Own paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, ABM, SEO, AEO, marketing automation, attribution, lead routing, segmentation, tracking, and funnel reporting. Test channels and campaigns, scale effective programs, manage agencies and partners, and collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and accelerate revenue. The role is based primarily in the San Francisco or New York offices.

Own the full-cycle recruiting function for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles. Build sourcing engines, interview processes, talent-brand initiatives, and recruiting operations from the ground up. Partner with executives and hiring managers to align hiring with business goals, generate high-quality pipelines, close competitive talent, and scale a data-driven recruiting function.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for Pallet’s engineering organization, hiring senior talent across Product, Platform, FDE, and AI/ML. Responsibilities include role scoping, sourcing, pipeline management, interviews, candidate selling, closing, hiring-bar protection, data-driven recruiting strategy, and partnership with engineering leaders and founders. The role is the company’s first dedicated technical recruiter and requires building scalable recruiting practices while remaining hands-on in a high-growth, founder-led environment.
