Own end-to-end technical recruiting for Pallet’s engineering organization, hiring senior talent across Product, Platform, FDE, and AI/ML. Responsibilities include role scoping, sourcing, pipeline management, interviews, candidate selling, closing, hiring-bar protection, data-driven recruiting strategy, and partnership with engineering leaders and founders. The role is the company’s first dedicated technical recruiter and requires building scalable recruiting practices while remaining hands-on in a high-growth, founder-led environment.

Build Pallet’s first revenue operations function and operating system. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, reporting, forecasting processes, pipeline inspection, CRM discipline, lead routing, territory and account allocation, commission administration, and sales operating cadences. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve funnel execution, attribution, data quality, accountability, and predictable revenue growth in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
