Lead HR staff, compliance, HRIS administration, benefits and leave programs, employee records, recruiting support, reporting, and operational projects. Modernize legacy processes by digitizing records, standardizing workflows, improving controls, and integrating affiliated entities into company systems. Ensure employment compliance, maintain data integrity, partner with vendors, and independently drive process improvements.

Develop and own Linux-based embedded software for robotic Pilot and SwarmOS products using modern C++. Integrate, debug, validate, and optimize software on physical robotic systems while addressing multithreading, interprocess communication, real-time performance, security, and reliability requirements. Collaborate across software, hardware, and robotics teams throughout development, integration, and deployment.
