Monitor, classify, and route emails; download and validate invoice PDFs; apply client-specific Solution Notes and rules; determine invoice type and client location; process invoices per SLAs; escalate exceptions; collaborate with support and operations; work US business hours remotely from India.

Build and manage a SaaS sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and account management. Use consultative MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, maintain CRM records, hit activity and quota goals, drive renewals/expansions, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and grow accounts.
