The Associate General Counsel will advise on healthcare regulatory, corporate, commercial, privacy, employment, product, and litigation matters. Responsibilities include monitoring regulations, negotiating payer and vendor contracts, developing legal templates and policies, supporting care delivery compliance, managing outside counsel, and advising cross-functional teams on risk and regulatory requirements. The role helps build Pair Team’s legal function while supporting digital health, Medicaid, Medicare, value-based care, and AI initiatives.
