Build and run the compliance function for a fast-growing Medicaid/Medicare-focused digital health provider. Manage regulatory and program compliance (CMS, state Medicaid, value-based contracts), lead HIPAA privacy and security efforts (BAA management, workforce training), respond to audits and regulator requests, partner with product, engineering, clinical, and operations to assess risk, and create scalable compliance processes, policies, training, and risk registers to enable compliant growth.

Lead FP&A work including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Build and maintain financial models, support quarterly forecasts and investor reporting, manage commissions, analyze vendor and AR/claims, and surface financial insights to leadership to improve cash flow and forecast accuracy.

Provide relationship-based outreach and ongoing case management for high-need Medicaid/Medicare members. Conduct telephonic/SMS engagement, develop health action/shared care plans, coordinate referrals and appointments, support clinical team with delegated tasks, meet encounter metrics, and perform occasional in-community visits (2-3x/month). Use CRM and standard office tools to document and collaborate.
