Leads Internal Audit and Compliance for a microfinance bank, serving as Chief Compliance Officer and principal liaison to the Board Audit Committee. Responsibilities include developing risk-based audit plans, assessing governance and controls, investigating exceptions, tracking remediation, managing regulatory compliance, overseeing AML/CFT/CPF, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, regulatory reporting, inspections, compliance monitoring, and regulatory training.

Support the development and implementation of Paga’s enterprise risk management framework. Responsibilities include maintaining risk policies and processes, leading product and technology risk assessments, managing third-party risks, monitoring KRIs and remediation plans, reviewing incidents and change management, and preparing risk reports for senior management and the Board.

Own the strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement of assigned products and features. Conduct market and customer engagement, translate user needs into product requirements, analyze product performance, collaborate with cross-functional development teams and ecosystem partners, and prioritize competing objectives. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, customer empathy, self-management, and effective collaboration across distributed teams.
