The Software Architect at Paga will oversee technical ownership of products, lead design and implementation, and ensure systems meet enterprise-grade standards.

Lead performance-driven digital marketing to grow user acquisition and retention for B2B and B2C offerings. Manage end-to-end campaigns (strategy, media buying, budgeting, vendor relations), run A/B tests, report on KPIs/ROI, own email nurture programs, drive SEO/PPC, collaborate with product, design and brand teams, and optimize app/web product performance through data analysis.

Manage FX trades and treasury operations: negotiate and execute FX, reconcile FX gains/losses, manage intercompany settlements, forecast cash flow, liaise with banks, ensure regulatory and accounting compliance, report treasury KPIs, and support treasury automation and process improvements.
