Designs and integrates telecom, audiovisual, security, healthcare, and other technology systems into building projects. Responsibilities include AutoCAD and Revit design, calculations, project deliverables, plan and specification review, site visits, vendor engagement, quality management, and applying building codes and industry standards. The engineer works with limited instruction, supports project leads, communicates technical concepts, and helps ensure client requirements and project timelines are met.

Lead complex building technology projects from concept through construction, managing project teams, coordinating disciplines, preparing technical deliverables, overseeing calculations and equipment selection, and ensuring code compliance and quality. Design converged technology infrastructure including telecommunications, audiovisual, security, and healthcare systems. Mentor staff, manage client relationships, support cost estimates and site visits, maintain standards, and improve company processes.
