Produce and edit daily Spanish-language local news segments and digital updates across multiple markets. Responsibilities include story selection, research, writing, video editing, AI-assisted production, fact verification, breaking-news response, website and social media publishing, and workflow development. The role also supports quality control, recruits and trains team members, and leads scalable production processes while collaborating with station leadership.

Leads daily newsroom operations and editorial coverage across broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms. Oversees editorial meetings, breaking news and severe weather coverage, content review, audience engagement, and user-generated content initiatives. Coaches newsroom staff, manages schedules, supports content strategy and station priorities, and fills in as a producer or executive producer when needed.

Produces television, website, and social media news content by researching, pitching, shooting, writing, editing, and reporting stories. Creates packages, special reports, web extras, and live or deadline-driven content while working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires strong communication, storytelling, multitasking, and deadline-management skills, plus a valid driver's license.
