Teams at PadSplit

Build and maintain production data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and modeling pipelines using Dagster or Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Python, Airbyte, and AWS. Monitor and debug production workflows, manage backfills and incremental loads, configure infrastructure, review code, and document runbooks. Partner with analytics and product teams on dimensional modeling, data quality, and pipeline reliability.

Responsible for prospecting and qualifying property owners, conducting outreach and discovery calls, presenting PadSplitvalue propositions, tailoring hosting solutions, closing deals, coordinating onboarding, tracking CRM metrics, and hosting educational sessions to grow PadSplit Hosts in the Chicago market.

The Account Executive will engage and qualify leads, deliver effective sales presentations, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
