Drive bank and payment-processor integrations, ensure transaction integrity, reliability, and compliance, mentor senior engineers, lead incident response, and evaluate payment and AI technologies to improve financial experiences.

Design, build, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing journeys for hosts. Manage automation flows in Iterable, Pardot, and SFMC; troubleshoot HTML/CSS; run A/B tests; query and verify audience data with SQL; integrate event triggers via APIs/webhooks; analyze performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Own and govern the MarTech measurement stack (Segment, attribution, analytics), ensure data quality and identity resolution, build experiment measurement frameworks, support lifecycle automation (Iterable/Pardot), create dashboards in Hex, and prototype AI-augmented analytics workflows to inform paid media and growth decisions.
