PadSplit Benefits Overview

Develop PadSplit’s Boston property-owner marketplace by prospecting, conducting outreach, presenting value propositions, modeling financial benefits, nurturing relationships, negotiating and closing Host agreements, and coordinating onboarding. The role also tracks CRM metrics, monitors real estate trends and regulations, and educates owners through meetings, webinars, and presentations. Success requires sales ability, real estate knowledge, strong communication, analytical skills, independence, adaptability, and collaboration in a remote startup environment.

Build and maintain reliable data ingestion, transformation, and modeling pipelines using Python, Dagster or Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Airbyte, and AWS. Responsibilities include API and PostgreSQL extracts, Parquet and Snowflake loads, production monitoring, troubleshooting, backfills, incremental modeling, code reviews, Terraform updates, documentation, and runbooks. Partner with analytics and product teams on dimensional modeling, data quality, and pipeline reliability.

Leads QA, IT operations, and Security teams; sets quality strategy, expands test automation and CI/CD quality gates, evaluates AI-assisted testing, modernizes internal tooling and SaaS management, establishes IT service standards, and owns security roadmaps, risk management, vulnerability processes, incident response, and team development.
