Lead end-to-end product design for a two-sided affordable housing marketplace. Responsibilities include user research, simplifying complex workflows, shaping product strategy, prototyping, experimentation, polished responsive UI design in Figma, and collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, operations, data, and AI teams. The role also involves designing AI-powered experiences and connecting design decisions to customer needs, business metrics, revenue, and marketplace outcomes.

The QA Engineer will own testing across mobile, web, and backend systems. Responsibilities include designing test strategies, validating end-to-end user flows and RESTful APIs, performing regression testing, investigating defects, managing test environments and data, and identifying release risks. The role partners closely with Engineering and Product in a remote startup environment to improve product quality and release confidence.

Owns revenue operations for the conversion funnel from approved lead to move-in. Responsibilities include optimizing AI and human calling, testing scripts and follow-up cadences, coaching agents, sequencing handoffs, building Hex dashboards, closing reporting gaps, driving retention outreach, launching caller and lifecycle campaigns, and improving lead routing, CRM hygiene, experimentation, and cross-team SLAs.
