Serves as the primary customer and yard-management contact at a recycling facility. Processes customer transactions, weighs and records trucks, prepares driver paperwork and invoices, coordinates truck shipping and receiving, manages accounts and orders, processes Bills of Lading, maintains cash and check procedures, and supports inventory counts, records, communications, and radiation-related procedures.

Executes capital and electrical improvement projects, develops and standardizes controls logic and hardware, troubleshoots automation systems, manages project budgets and schedules, and coordinates vendors and subcontractors. The role also oversees electrical scopes for installations and system upgrades, supports controls team development, and provides project analysis and design information. This is an in-office position requiring physical lifting capability.

Leads continuous and process improvement initiatives in manufacturing and operations. Identifies process inefficiencies, establishes KPIs, analyzes root causes, manages cross-functional improvement projects, develops dashboards, supports capital justifications, and promotes lean manufacturing practices. The role also drives training, change management, stakeholder communication, and organizational continuous improvement strategy.
