Serve as a client-facing operations lead on complex accounts, coordinating timelines, financial workflows, and administrative support. Maintain budgets, invoices, trackers, and documentation; proofread client deliverables; improve recurring workflows; and partner with account leadership, clients, and finance to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
