Produce case studies, references, and AI-enabled content at scale; run advocacy and reference systems; surface customer insights to influence GTM, product, and revenue; recruit customers for events and campaigns; collaborate with Product, Revenue, Growth, CS, and Sales to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and conversion.

Design and maintain marketing-focused data infrastructure and models in Snowflake and dbt. Build self-serve datasets in Omni, ensure data quality and metadata, enable activation into operational tools, support campaign attribution and funnel reporting, and train stakeholders.

Build and maintain trusted marketing data products and models in Omni and Snowflake using dbt and SQL. Ensure data quality, documentation, lineage, and masking. Partner with Marketing to enable reporting, attribution, funnel monitoring, and activation into operational tools. Provide training, mentorship, and stakeholder support to drive marketing measurement and decision-making.
