Own and manage global payroll operations across 12+ countries: coordinate third-party payroll providers and EORs, run monthly/bi-monthly payroll cycles, ensure accurate payments, taxes and benefits, record journals and reconcile payroll accounts, partner with Treasury and People, resolve employee payroll queries, and drive process improvements.

Lead the Checkout product strategy and roadmap at Paddle, managing its performance and commercial outcomes while collaborating across teams and using data to drive decisions.
