Own and grow strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC, driving new business and managing the full enterprise sales cycle. Develop account strategies, build pipeline, lead consultative discovery, negotiate commercial agreements, and influence technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to tailor solutions and achieve revenue targets for Paddle’s payment infrastructure and Merchant of Record platform.

Lead Paddle's Revenue Operations to scale GTM execution: design operating model, manage GTM tech and data architecture, run Deal Desk, improve forecasting and pipeline disciplines, enable field teams, and deliver cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Design and maintain marketing-focused data infrastructure and models in Snowflake and dbt. Build self-serve datasets in Omni, ensure data quality and metadata, enable activation into operational tools, support campaign attribution and funnel reporting, and train stakeholders.
