Manage client relationships and develop, execute, and optimize display media strategies, primarily through Amazon DSP. Responsibilities include budget allocation, campaign planning, performance reporting, competitive benchmarking, retail media analysis, product launch planning, and identifying sales opportunities. The role also requires educating clients and internal teams on DSP best practices, presenting strategic recommendations, and aligning advertising programs with broader business objectives.

Owns EMEA onboarding and continuous enablement for customer-facing teams. Designs role-specific onboarding programs, manages schedules and progress, maintains enablement content, adapts training for regional needs, gathers feedback, identifies knowledge gaps, and coordinates priorities across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The role independently executes enablement programs and may expand into broader product enablement ownership.

Lead Helium 10’s customer experience organization and strategy across Customer Success, Support, Managed Services, and Sales. Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer health through scalable human-led and AI-enabled programs. Build teams, processes, playbooks, and technology systems while partnering with Product and Marketing to improve the end-to-end customer journey. Serve as the voice of the customer, shape company strategy, and develop a high-performing leadership culture.
