The Account Manager will manage client accounts across European agencies, ensuring client success through strategic planning, partnerships, and performance tracking, while supporting revenue goals.

Lead IT sourcing and vendor lifecycle for SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and IT services. Negotiate enterprise agreements, manage contracts and SLAs, drive cost savings and cash optimization using AI-enabled analytics and automation, and partner with Finance, IT, and Legal to enforce procurement governance and mentor junior team members.

Design, build, and optimize AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshoot production incidents; lead end-to-end infrastructure projects; establish deployment standards and operational procedures; mentor engineers; monitor observability, security, and access controls to reduce risk and improve developer productivity.
