Own product enablement across Pacvue by creating client-facing release notes and roadmaps, shaping in-product guidance, designing and delivering product training, supporting onboarding, and developing product demo workflows. Measure engagement and business impact, identify capability gaps, and align product launches with sales and customer success readiness. The role requires translating complex SaaS functionality into clear messaging and training for internal teams, partners, and clients.

Own scaled and one-to-many customer success programs for Helium 10 Ads and Amazon advertising customers. Develop onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion strategies; manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts; conduct business reviews; identify growth opportunities; analyze advertising performance and customer data; improve self-service experiences; and partner cross-functionally to increase engagement, ROI, and retention.

Leads global payroll and HRIS operations, with primary responsibility for US payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, tax filings, off-cycle payments, benefits-related changes, wage claims, and garnishments. Oversees payroll compliance across multiple international markets and maintains HRIS data integrity, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Partners with Finance, Accounting, HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Treasury to build scalable processes and accountability.
