Develop and execute paid search and display strategies across major retail platforms, recommend budgets, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and present executive-level recommendations. Use Pacvue, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and measurement tools to optimize campaigns and deliver insights. Mentor teammates, provide thought leadership, support cross-functional resolution, and improve workflows through technology and AI.

Manage enterprise Pacvue clients, provide technical support, resolve escalations, drive account growth, and develop account strategies. Educate users on SaaS features, collaborate on onboarding content and process improvements, document product issues, recreate errors, and share customer feedback with R&D.
