Requires advanced SQL, structured dataset expertise, dashboard development, strong analytical problem-solving, and consulting communication skills.

Lead change delivery across university transformation programmes, ensuring new systems, processes, and ways of working are adopted and embedded. Responsibilities include change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training materials, adoption tracking, risk management, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also contributes to internal consulting tools and methods while working closely with delivery, data, and partner teams.

Lead design, build and delivery of secure, scalable data integrations using Azure Integration Services, Python and .NET.
