Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production lines; diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on conveyors, motors, sensors and components; ensure food-industry standards and a safe, organized work environment; contribute to maintenance plan improvements.

Perform trimming of chicken thigh pieces using a specialized electric knife, removing fat, skin, and bones while maintaining yield, production targets, and food safety standards. On-site training provided. Work is full-time, Monday–Friday, in a refrigerated environment; French required.
