Manage client cybersecurity engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Responsibilities include risk management, work planning, scheduling, resource allocation, scope and cost changes, deliverable coordination, client communication, meeting documentation, project tracking, and PMO administration. The role collaborates with marketing, delivery, and operations teams in a fully remote environment.

Assess OT environments (ICS/SCADA) to identify and prioritize operationally relevant risks without disrupting systems. Conduct security architecture reviews, risk identification, client advisory, and contribute to OT testing methodology. Communicate findings clearly to technical and leadership audiences and help clients improve OT security posture.

Perform non-disruptive OT security assessments (tabletop and targeted testing) across ICS/SCADA environments, identify operationally relevant risk, advise clients on remediation and program improvements, and contribute to Packetlabs' OT methodology and team knowledge.
