Receive, review, and process provider referrals; verify insurance eligibility and prior authorization needs; schedule and confirm specialty appointments; document activity in the EHR; communicate referral status to patients and external providers; close referral loops and support care coordination, quality improvement, and compliance. Must be onsite twice weekly and reside locally.
