Supports commercial sales and industrial accounts through customer service, sales administration, order processing, contract and preventative maintenance coordination, project tracking, renewals, documentation, and cross-functional communication. The role manages customer inquiries, account records, purchase orders, invoices, pricing agreements, service contracts, and operational reporting while helping maintain customer satisfaction and support business growth.
