Manage daily office operations including customer calls, scheduling, financial reporting, payroll, credit/collections, inventory, and staff supervision. Coach and train office staff to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and sales; analyze data to recommend improvements; ensure policy compliance and accurate customer information processing.

Sell and promote Culligan commercial drinking water solutions to local businesses. Build and nurture customer relationships, meet sales goals, complete company training, and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored water-quality solutions and drive business growth.
